Upon satisfying screening requirements and successful Terms Sheet negotiations, project funding is directed into a company specifically incorporated as the development vehicle.  Projects are managed to an exit strategy, most likely a trade sale or a stock market listing.  The early part of the value-adding process in preparing the project for the listing or trade sale includes:

  • Negotiating, drafting and settling agreements;
  • Creation and implementation of appropriate business plans, strategies and corporate systems;
  • Rigorous progression of the project science and the clinical trial program;
  • Recruitment of appropriate talent at board and management levels; and
  • Creation and implementation of capital raising strategies.
